Dr. Swift earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the Evermore College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated with honors and completed additional coursework in low-stress handling techniques and client communication. She continues to expand her expertise through ongoing professional development and is a proud member of both the AVMA and Fear Free™ Certified Professionals network.
Dr. Swift’s philosophy centers around partnership — not just with pets, but with their people. She believes in taking time to educate pet owners so they feel confident in every decision. With a gentle touch and thoughtful care plans, Dr. Swift ensures every visit to AmberCare is as stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Dr. Swift enjoys songwriting, forest hikes, and spending quiet weekends curled up with her three rescue cats: Melanie, Oliver, and Benji. She’s also an enthusiastic supporter of local shelters and often fosters kittens in need of a temporary home.
